You can configure contact form in Theme Options, and place it anywhere on a site with a shortcode. It has all the most popular fields (including captcha), but if it’s not enough for you, a Contact Form 7 plugin is supported by the theme, so you can create more complex forms. Simple example of the built-in contact form looks like this:
